Order from the Russell On Line Catalog with credit card only.

Open Accounts:

We do not handle any open account shipments. All orders must be prepaid. We do accept MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Please fill out the account number, expiration date, and billing address when you set up your account in the Shopping Cart section.

Shipping Options:

UPS Ground Standard form of shipping reaching throughout the 48 contiguous states. Typical delivery time is approximately 1 to 5 days. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer.
UPS 3 Day Select (Dimensional Weight Applies*) Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to every address in the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 2 Day Air (Dimensional Weight Applies*) Provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day.
UPS 2 Day Air A.M. (Dimensional Weight Applies*) Guaranteed delivery by noon on the second business day.
UPS Next Day Air Saver - Guaranteed delivery by 3:00p.m. or 4:30p.m. on the next business day.
UPS Next Day Air (Dimensional Weight Applies*) Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day, depending on destination.

*Dimensional Weight:

Any packages sent via priority service will be charged by dimensions of the package and not necessarily by the actual weight of package.

Claims:

(Parcel Post) In case of damaged merchandise received by mail, retain the shipping carton and damaged items and take to the nearest Post Office for inspection and filing of claim. All parcel post orders are insured. Filing of claim is your responsibility. If you wish replacement of the damaged items, please treat as a new order.(Truck) Look the packaging over carefully. Damaged boxes generally mean damaged contents. On damaged items, before you sign the freight bill, have delivery man note a full description of breakage on both his and your copies; likewise for any shortages. If this is done, claims can be collected from the trucking company. This Is Your Responsibility. We Cannot Do Anything About It At This End. (UPS) For items received from United Parcel Service, notify us immediately so a pick-up of the damaged goods can be arranged. Have UPS pick-up box, original packaging, etc. Replacement will be made after claim is filed with UPS.

Returns:

Returns are allowable within 10 days for a full credit or exchange. The merchandise must be unused, and in its original condition. Your original Russell invoice must accompany your return. Returns will be accepted only if returned by UPS or Insured Parcel Post. All returns must be postage pre-paid. Refund or exchange is limited to the amount paid for the merchandise only and will not include postage, handling, or insurance paid for original shipping or returning.If the returned item has been used in any way, is not in its original packing, or if it?s beyond the 60-day return period, it will not be accepted. All returns after 10 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned after 10 days and before 60 will be placed on account at Russell Karting for use on future orders. Back Orders:

Quantities shown on the B/O columns of our packing slips and invoices have been back ordered. These items will be shipped at your expense as soon as possible unless instructed otherwise. Back orders will be canceled after 60 days. Every effort is made to keep all items in stock, however, when our suppliers fail to fill our orders promptly, we may not be able to ship your entire order immediately.

Freight:

All orders are F.O.B. Raymore, Missouri. All UPS Hazardous shipments will have an additional $15.00 per package charge, $4.00 per package charge if not in cardboard box.
