Payment Terms:

All orders must be prepaid before shipment. US orders may be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. New International orders will be paid by wire transfer.

Shipping:

Shipping Charges are not included in your subtotal. We charge actual shipping charges as set by the carrier. These charges are based upon weight and dimensions of the box. This makes shipping amounts fair to you. The amount billed to you will be added to your subtotal. Within the US Russell Karting works with UPS as a small package carrier and many truck lines for LTL shipments. International shipments are normally sent via USPS EMS Priority. Ground shipping speed is normal. If you want one day (RED), two day (BLUE), or three day (ORANGE) please add this to the comments section of your order. Extra shipping charges will occur. Each order placed by 3:00pm CT will ship the same day. A $2.50 handling charge will be added to all orders under $30. Export Paperwork Charge of $10 will be charged to fill out and file all necessary export documents. Importation documents and fees are the recipients responsibility.

Returns:

Returns are allowed within 10 days of receipt of goods for full credit or exchange. The merchandise must be in new, unused, in original packaging to be accepted for return. Your original Russell Karting invoice must be included with the return. All returns must be sent postage prepaid to Russell Karting. Refund or exchange is limited to merchandise only and will not include postage, handling, or insurance on the original or return shipping. All returns after 10 days will be accepted till 60 days from shipping. These returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge at Russell Karting's sole discretion. These returns will be for exchange or credit to a Russell Karting account for use at a later date. Back Orders:

Russell Karting makes every effort to keep all items in stock. However we may not be able to ship your entire order immediately. If this happens a quantity will show in the B/O column of your invoice. These items will be kept on B/O for 60 days and shipped at your expense when they arrive at Russell Karting. After 60 days the B/O items will be cancelled. Items under $30.00 will not be back ordered for the shipping will be as much or more than the items.
